Bristol Palin is joining the ‘Dancing With the Stars all-star cast this fall. But before you rush to believe that she’s doing it for politics or any other reason, make sure you listen to her explanation. She is competing for fun!

“[Critics] are going to be talking about us either way. I might as well be doing something enjoyable and fun and with a good group of people, and that’s why I’m doing it”, said on Friday, July 27, at TCA press panel.

“It’s not about politics. It’s not about traditional marriage or anything like that. It’s just about dancing, and it’s gonna be fun”, she added.

Back in 2010, Bristol and her pro partner Mark Ballas placed the third.
