Great news: Green Lantern is gay! It has been announced that the Green Lantern (a character Ryan Reynolds portrayed in the film) comes out as a gay man in a new ‘Earth 2′ comic to be released next week. The original Green Lantern character was formerly a married father of two named Hal Jordan. Gay Green Lantern is now named Alan Scott. And you can see him kissing another man.
