Gwen Stefani admitted for Harper’s Bazaar that her husband Gavin Rossdale prefers it when she wears makeup. We really thought that men prefer the “less is more” version of a woman.

But not Gavin. He likes his wife covered with makeup. Why is that? It’s not like she can’t be elegant just by wearing nice clothing. Why does she need to have a different face?

“I’ve always been a girl who loves to dress up. I already put my makeup on twice today: I put it on to take my kid to school, and then I went home, washed my face, and put it on again to have lunch with you … I like to make my husband like me more, and he likes it when I’m wearing makeup”, the 42-year-old singer told Harper’s Bazaar.
He likes me more…I want to make him like me more… It’s like saying “I would do anything for him to like me”.
