History Channel Cancels ‘The Kennedys’ Miniseries!

Upon completion of the production of The Kennedys, History has decided not to air the 8-part miniseries on the network. While the film is produced and acted with the highest quality, after viewing the final product in its totality, we have concluded this dramatic interpretation is not a fit for the History brand

The History Channel’s miniseries ‘The Kennedys’ was cancelled. Can we blame Katie Holmes for this?

“Upon completion of the production of The Kennedys, History has decided not to air the 8-part miniseries on the network. While the film is produced and acted with the highest quality, after viewing the final product in its totality, we have concluded this dramatic interpretation is not a fit for the History brand”, a representative for the network tells The Hollywood Reporter in a statement.
The problem is that The History Chanel spent a lot of money on the production. Not to mention they got Greg Kinnear as Jack, Barry Pepper as Bobby, Tom Wilkinson as Joe Sr. Probablly they will just sell it to another channel. Too bad Katie talked about her role over and over again. For nothing.
