John Mayer Takes a Break From Dating!

I’m a little freaked out about dating. So, I’m just going to let time pass and just do my thing. For some reason whoever I date has been famous for a while. I can’t sit here and be like, ‘Oh, please let me live my life in private with this famous person who’s been around for 15 years.’ The last thing you want is to see me doing is bashing my head going, ‘I’m shocked, that I’m being followed right now.’ … I’m just going to hunker down. 2010 is a peaceful year for me no matter what I do.

Poor John Mayer! He complains to Ellen DeGeneres that he can no longer take fame that his usual famous girlfriends bring him. Yeah right! The man who has been dated stars like Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson, Minka Kelly and Jennifer Love Hewitt is ready to take a pause. We honestly think no one wants to date him anymore, but he is in right to dream. As always, John Mayer poses in the modest “I don’t like to be famous” person, even though we all know he is not like that.
Anyway, this break may turn out to be exactly like Russell Brand’s. The womanizer has been dated all the women in the universe except Katy Perry and now he is ready to settle down with her. So John may do the same. The question is: who’s going to be his Katy Perry?
