Kanye West has the best lyrics in the world. And the best grammar. But this article is not about his grammar, but about his old feelings for Kim. Kanye says that he was in love with kim Kardashian long before they started dating.

It looks like Kanye’s 2009 song ‘Knock You Down’ was indirectly referencing Kim and her then NFL star boyfriend.

“You was always the cheerleader of my dreams / To seem to only date the head of football teams / And I was the class clown that always kept you laughing / We were never meant to be, baby we just happened”, the song reads.

And that’s not everything. Kanye even advised Kim to dump Reggie to be with him. “You should leave your boyfriend now”, the song goes on.
The things were not that easy, Kim dated and even married a few other guys before she ended up with Kanye.
