Michelle Williams: Look For More Than Niceness in a Man

You deserve more than just somebody who’s nice to you

Michelle Williams is on another magazine cover: this time on Flare Magazine. The cover is a reprint from Elle UK’s December 2011 issue. But at least the interview is new. We haven’t seen Michelle in a while. After the Oscars (or maybe before), she started dating Jason Segel and she preferred to keep it private. According to Us Weekly, they are still dating.

In the interview she gave for the Canadian fashion magazine, the Oscar nominated actress opened up about her personal life (vaguely), relationship advices and summer rules. “You deserve more than just somebody who’s nice to you. I think that so often these days, niceness seems like it should be enough because it seems like such a rare quality but when you get inside of it, you think, ‘Hmmm … I can be pretty nice to myself’. What about these other things? Life is too short and too crappy to not try to get more of what you want”, she said about the perfect man.

That’s actually great and she is so right. We are so glad to read it. You know how women get disappointed by men and at some point they would be happy with no matter what kind of man? They should read Michelle’s advise.
