Miranda Kerr has an enviable body. Though she gave birth to a baby, she regained her pre-pregnancy figure very soon. Her secret? 30-minute daily yoga sessions and a “super healthy” diet. ”

“I have been working out quite a bit doing Pilates and yoga and strength training with weights and resistant bands and I eat super healthy. Health is really wealth I think”, the 29-year-old supermodel revealed.
Kerr is currently promoting the latest Reebok campaign for Easytone shoes. In one ad she flaunts her perfect figure wearing skintight PVC leggings and a mesh top ensemble.

But sports and diet is not everything for Miranda. She also meditates. “If I’m in the car on the way to work or if I’m on the plane on the way to a job I’ll do a meditation”, she revealed. Because meditation helps her to find peace and calm.
