This is what Mo’Nique said during a 2006 appearance on U.S. talk show The View with host Barbara Walters. And last weekend, when she won a Golden Globe to Best Supporting Actress, the 42 years old actress who took the award for her role as an abusive mother in ‘Precious’ showed us her legs for real. Blindness!!! Her legs were unshaven underneath the silky dress and looking pretty much like a country man’s legs. So Mo’Nique has showed us “what a real leg looks like”. Now is our duty to inform her that no matter how hypocrite this may sound to her, there are a lot of women who wax their legs and feel god about it. After all, a good wax can take the shaving job away from you for about two weeks. Not to mention it makes you look a lot more feminine. Keep that in mind, girls, before you decide the monkey style is the new natural style.
