I’ll never get married again

Susan Sarandon no more marriage for her
Susan Sarandon marriage no longer an option! The actress told Britain’s The Telegraph on Tuesday that “really can’t imagine” marrying again.
“Even when I got married, we never said it was going to be forever. It was a kind of practical decision. I don’t think I ever thought of it as something that would be a huge deal. But every year we renewed. We decided not with an actual ceremony, but just said ‘should we go through the next year? Actually, I think it’s a good relationship strategy. We should revisit this before we have children to see if everybody is still on the same page”, she said.
The 65-year-old Oscar winning actress married Chris Sarandon, her college sweetheart, in 1968, when she was 20. They were married for 12 years.
In the late 1970s, Sarandon had a two-year relationship with director Louis Malle, who directed her in ‘Pretty Baby’ and ‘Atlantic City’. In the mid-1980s, Sarandon dated Italian filmmaker Franco Amurri, with whom she had a daughter, actress Eva Amurri, 27.
From 1988 to 2009, Sarandon was in a relationship with actor Tim Robbins, whom she met while they were filming ‘Bull Durham’. The couple has two sons: 23-year-old Jack Henry and 20-year-old Miles Guthrie.
Discussing her relationship to Robbins, the actress reveaed she feld like she was married to him. “If you have children, they are never out of your life”, she said.
Previously, Susan Sarandon said that she “thought that if you didn’t get married you wouldn’t take each other for granted as easily. I don’t know if after twenty-something years that was still true”.
Basically she says there is no such thing as perfect recipe when it come to love. It’s just luck and attention.
