‘The Iron Lady’: Never Compromise

It used to be about trying to do something. Now it’s about trying to be someone.

Margaret Thatcher (played by Meryl Streep) said in ‘The Iron Lady’. The movie, directed by Phyllida Lloyd, is a biopic about Margaret Thatcher, the longest serving Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of the 20th century. The movie is up for two Oscars: Best Actress (Meryl Streep) and Best Makeup.
It’s the first time we don’t want Meryl to get an Oscar. we voted for Viola Davis. But in Case Viola doesn’t make it (which is very possible), our second choice is definitely Meryl.
And here’s another quote from the movie: “Watch your thoughts for they become words. Watch your words for they become actions. Watch your actions for they become… habits. Watch your habits, for they become your character. And watch your character, for it becomes your destiny! What we think we become”.
